Mission Statement of the Etowah Area
Consolidated Housing Authority is to be the
leader in making excellent affordable
housing available for low and moderate
income persons through effective management
and the wise stewardship of public funds. We
will partner with our residents and others
to enhance the quality of life in our

Manage EHA
in an efficient and effective manner thereby
continuing to qualify as a High Performer.

the affordable housing of choice for the
very low income residents of our community.

residents of EHA.

EHA properties in a decent condition.
